1. About Us

Outfyd is an online retail store operated in Australia. We sell women's clothing and accessories sourced from international suppliers and shipped directly to you.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include free standard shipping.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are representative. Due to screen differences and the nature of photography, colours may vary slightly from what you see online.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. out of stock), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders include free standard shipping to Australia.
• Estimated delivery time is 8–18 business days from the date of order.
• Orders are fulfilled by our international supply partners and shipped from overseas warehouses.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services once the item has been dispatched.
• International shipping to NZ, US, GB, and CA is also available at checkout.

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Outfyd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfyd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
