Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to become active after dispatch.
For Australian orders, there are generally no additional customs duties on orders under AUD $1,000. For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or reship the order at no cost to you.
